Asuama Yeboa Abebrese
Managing Director

The TAYSEC team is led by Managing Director, Kwaku Asuama Yeboa Abebrese .He provides executive management and direction of TAYSEC’s projects including the acquisition of works and oversees all construction activities. He has over 25 years’ construction experience.
Kwaku joined Taysec in 1989. He served as Financial Director and Company Secretary for 22 years. In addition to his roles he was responsible for setting up and running the finance and accounting functions of Taylor Woodrow’s subsidiaries in Zimbabwe and South Africa.
In July 2013 he took complete ownership of the company as Chairman and Managing Director. He has held previous positions with the construction firm, Messrs. A. Lang, the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and served on the board of the Head of State Award Scheme in Ghana.
As an accountant by profession, he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (CAGh). He is a graduate of Manchester University, UK and holds an MBA from Liverpool University UK.

Jim Main
Construction Manager- Taysec Construction Ltd

Jim has an excellent track record with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. Originally from Scotland, he has worked on several projects across Europe and recently moved to Ghana. He has managed projects the likes of hospitals, shopping centres, offices, schools and apartments.

Kingsley Tibu Attafuah
Project Manager - Taysec Construction Ltd

Kingsley is an experienced project manager with 19 years in the construction and building industry in Ghana. He is a graduate of the University of Ghana Business School with an EMBA in Project Management, and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology from where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Geodetic Engineering. Kingsley has attended several courses in design and construction and project management with Ellis Salsby Limited and JR Knowles in London, and holds a certificate in Managing Safety in Construction from the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH), London.

John Okai
Commercial and Operations Manager – Taysec Homes Ltd

With over 23 years working experience, John is responsible for managing the commercial and operational activities of Taysec Homes Limited. He plays a key role in the procurement, contractual and general operations of our successful Housing Division throughout, project conception, implementation and post-construction issues.

John Huckle
Project Manager - Taysec Homes Ltd

John has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years, 13 years with Taysec. He has worked in various positions from a Supervisor to Site Agent, Contract Manager and Project Manager. He worked with Grinaker Building Company in South Africa, Murray & Roberts in Botswana, Faircape Developers in South Africa and Taylor Woodrow International in the UK. He has been the Project Manager for almost all the residential properties built by Taysec.

Mrs Gynette Koranteng
Marketing & Facilities Management Manager

Gynette joined Taysec in 1991 and has held various positions within the company culminating in her current role as the Sales and Facilities Manager. She set up the department and has been responsible for Sales, Marketing and management of all our residential developments since its inception in 1999. She holds an MBA in Marketing Management from Paris Graduate School of Management.

Obrempong Enyineh Gyadu Nkansa III
Group ICT and Administrative Manager

Enyineh is a product of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology and Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration with an MBA from the Paris Graduate School of Management. He is a Member of the British Computer Society, The Chartered Institute for IT. He worked with Advanced Computer Systems, Hospital Engineering Ltd and CP Construction Pioneers prior to joining Taysec. As well as his role with Taysec Construction Limited, he was also responsible for IT in Taylor Woodrow subsidiaries in South Africa and Zimbabwe. Aside his employment with Taysec, Enyineh is the Ankobeahene of the Benkum Division of Akuapem Traditional Area. He is known in private life as Daniel Otu Asiedu.

Charles Dupon Amoako
Group Chief Accountant

Charles is a Chartered Accountant by profession and Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana) with over 30 years working experience in both private and public Sectors. He previously worked with Electricity Company of Ghana Limited for nine (9) years. He also worked with Ayew, Agyeman, Turkson & Co.(Chartered Accountants) as Audit Senior for three (3) years and Pannell Kerr Forster (PKF) –Chartered Accountants

Augustine Kwame Owusu
Senior Accountant

Kwame is a graduate of the University of Ghana Business School (formerly School of Administration) with Bsc. Administration and Master of Business Administration -MBA certificates. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICA-Gh). Prior to working with Taysec Construction Limited, he held various accounting and finance roles with Ghana Airways Limited, Regional Maritime University and Kuapa Kokoo Limited where he rose from the position of a Finance Manager to Executive Director, Finance and Administration. Kwame has over sixteen (16) years’ working experience in accounting, financial and management control systems.
